The apartment is completely new, on the ground floor of the "Estela del Mar IV” condo, finished in June 2005 and have a nice sunny terrace.
- Total area: 70 m2. 45 m2 + 25 m2 terrace.
- Kitchen: frigorific, washing machine, vitroceramic, microwave, small electric oven.
- Living room: Small bar table with 3 chairs, TV, CD player, sofa-bed .
- Bed room: 150 cm bed, chest of drawers and closet .
- Bathroom: With bath and bidet, hot and cold water.
- Terrace: With round table, garden parasol, 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers.
- Parking: underground, 1 parking space.
- Swimming Pool: 2 (1 for childs).
- One bike and one patinete.

Roquetas de Mar is situated 25 km west of Almeria and 160 km east of Malaga. It is one of the few resorts in Europe where the rainfall is scarce. The sun shines for more than 320 days a year!
The popular tourist resort town of Roquetas de Mar was once a sleepy, picturesque fishing village, dating from Roman times, and it still retains its warren of Moorish alley-like streets and pretty aspect of white-washed houses ascending the hillside.
Tourism is big business, with shops selling local crafts jostling with numerous hotels and apartment complexes, restaurants and bars, and myriad activities on offer from horse riding to scuba diving or sailing.
